In the case of using a discount code, the amount for the calculation of free shipping costs is the amount with the discount applied.

Iberian Peninsula (Spain)

Free shipping from 50 € or more.

For lower orders the shipping costs are 4,00 € or 5,00 € if you prefer to pick up in 24h in a Parcel Shop.

Delivery time: 24 h/72 h from the next business day after receiving your order.

Balearic Islands

Free shipping from 50 € or more.

For lower orders the shipping costs are 10 €.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Free shipping from 50 € or more.

For lower orders the shipping costs are 6 €.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

The DNI is required in order to manage the customs invoice. Leave in the comments.

Europa

Free shipping from 100€ or more

We serve all of Europe, although shipping costs vary depending on the area.

Delivery time: approximately 5 working days from the date of order.

What happens if I am not at home when the carrier arrives to deliver the package?

Our carrier will make 1 delivery attempt and will send a MAIL or SMS note whenever possible when no one can be reached at the address. (no notes can be left during the COVID)

If the package cannot be delivered on this attempt, the package will be left for several days at the nearest courier office, waiting for you to call to take the package back out for delivery. If no one claims the package within 10 days it will be returned to the origin.

The carrier usually calls if they cannot find the exact address, although it is not their obligation, so it is very important when registering that the phone number is recorded to facilitate delivery to the delivery person in the area.
